In the case of inquiries via the contact form, the information provided there and the contact details provided there are stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your consent.

We store the data you enter in the contact form until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of customer and contract data

IP masking

Order data processing

We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This enables information to be created which contains information on the age, gender, and interests of the website users. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as from visitor data from third-party providers. The data is not assigned to a specific person. This function can be deactivated at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or the collection of your data by Google Analytics can be generally prohibited as in the point. This is done as described under “Objection to data collection”.

 

Facebook pixel

Our website uses the Facebook visitor action pixel to measure conversions. The provider is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

In this way, the behavior of the site visitors can be traced after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements can be evaluated for internal statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures can be optimized.
